Lizile leads David Madanga Consultants' reliability engineering and capability-development work, with a focus on translating technical analysis into practical maintenance and operating systems.
His experience spans asset criticality analysis, FMEA and RCM facilitation, maintenance-tactic development, root cause failure analysis, reliability performance analysis and the governance of trade-specific work instructions.
The common thread is a solution-building approach: clarify the risk, establish a usable baseline and equip the organisation to control and improve its own performance.
